Documents you need to begin the publishing process:
- Contract to Publish a Local Church Book. (This book will contain seven custom-written stories from your church.)
- Contract to Publish a National Book. (This book will contain two stories from your church. We supply five from our library. This book is ideal for smaller churches who may not have enough high quality stories or churches that face severe budget constraints.)
- Testimony Survey. (This tool is used to survey your congregation and find the potential storytellers for your book.)
- Authorization for Automatic Billing. (This document gives Good Catch Publishing authorization to bill your bank account for financial transactions. It acts as an automatic electronic check.)
- Credit Card Authorization Form. (This document gives Good Catch Publishing authorization to bill your credit card for financial transactions. This is an alternative to the Authorization for Automatic Billing.)
